And the winner is...

Alison is the winner of my baking giveaway. Thank you to all you cake-loving 81 friends who left a comment, I loved reading about all your favourites. I did a quick poll and it seems there are some clear winners in the 'favourite all-time cakes and slices' stakes - pav, lamingtons and anzacs, the classics you might say, and I was surprised at how many people chose 'mars bar slice' which is something I have never tried but will do now. Does anyone have a good recipe? Hope you're enjoying some Christmas treats right now!

The recipe for the absolute most divine/evil biscuits in the world are to be found in the CWA cook book on page 247. They are Shortbread Biscuits (Fancy), basically butter, sugar, flour and custard powder. Make them and then give half away, otherwise you will the whole lot with no help in a very short period of time. At least that's what happens to me.

Yeah! I won. So happy to have won those awesome prizes. Thanks so much Allison. I made a celebration banana cake to share with my family. The recipe is one of Stephanie Alexanders, which I've put on my blog to share with everyone else.
