Eggplant and fresh mozzarella risotto from the Silver Spoon book (bible). Yum. Home made sweet pepper bread with mashed broad beans, rocket and parmesan. How much do I love Sundays, when we actually have time to cook?? Sadly none of this was from our veggie garden, we are waiting for some beaut tomatoes to ripen up a bit more. We have some nice snow peas though.

We had dinner from the Silver Spoon tonight too - my husband bought me the Children's adaptation as i'm starting from scratch with my cooking, kind of. Anyway, we had gnocchi, delicious, easy & my eldest basically cooked it. Brilliant book, we only make our own pastas now. Love Posie
Ooohh Yum!!! Care to pass on the recipe for the sweet pepper bread? It looks delicious!
Yum!!!

Oops, I meant to write gourmet!
Oh boy, where can I buy this book?
