Donna and her team have styled a very pretty ballerina party, and look, they have made ballerina cupcakes with our wrappers topped off with vintage ballerinas from our dear friends Nathalie and Kathy at The Cupcake Wrapper Co. Hurrah!

Lemon curd cupcakes are my favourite today. Yesterday it was vanilla and the day before it was chocolate...
Oh how lovely, I quite like vanilla cupcakes with some yummy icing!
During winter I like pumpkin chocolate chip cupcakes, but my go to party cake is a vegan margarita cupcake, with zesty icing, rimmed with rainbow decorating sugar. Yum, yum!
A simple vanilla cupcake with extravagant icing and decorations. That is the best part of a good cupcake. Kids will always eat the topping and leave the cake :D
My favourite cupcake at the moment is a death by chocolate cupcake with pistachio coloured buttercream, with a sprinkling of pistachios on top. They look devine and taste heavenly!
I actually haven't tried many cupcake flavours....but I always love a vanilla cupcake with butter cream icing. YUM!

My all time fave was a Turkish Delight cupcake made with rose water and pistachio nuts. Amazing.

Light vanilla cake with lashings of rich creamy vanilla icing ... yum, yum, yummy!

OMG I tasted red velvet and cream cheese cupcakes for the first time a few weeks ago and thought I had gone to heaven - the best thing ever - now just need to learn how to make them!!!

My favourite is carrot cake made with extra walnuts and tinned pineapple with cream cheese frosting and a strawberry garnish..which is also my yearly birthday cake requests but they have to be cupcakes! Yum!

Ok I should not have read this post before dinner, as now all I wan't is a cupcake! Those cupcake wrappers are just stunning, my daughter only recently had a tea party for her birthday and they would have been perfect!
My favourite cup cakes are the little fairy cupcakes with the cream and jam with two tiny wings on either side, I used to love when I was little and my mum made those for me, especially when she packed one in my lunch, what a treat!
Anything with pink icing. Pink icing makes EVERYTHING better.
For birthdays you cant go past good old classic vanilla... yumm... with any coloured icing but sprinkles are a must!
But if its afternoon tea cupcakes then carrot with cream cheese icing... the vege component make them at least a little healthy :)
Definitely vanilla with some yummo butter cream (vanilla of course) icing on top. My cupcakes are sprinkled liberally with sprinkles of course!!

Lime syrup cupcakes - tart and treat-y... and we have a glut of limes, so it's wasteful not to, isn't it?
Initially I was planning to say a classic vanilla cupcake with vanilla butter cream icing...but then as I had a quick scan of the comments, I was transported back to my one and only red velvet cupcake experience, from Sprinkles, a cupcake shop in the US. O. M. G. Yes, that divine, I needed punctuation to emphasize. Deliriously moist, the colour of raw meat(stay with me), due to all the cochineal...there must be a vegan alternative...maybe beetroot juice... but heavenly and, yes the cream cheese 'frosting', IS the icing on the cake...*wink*...I'm so punny and funny. And yes, you'll all be very pleased to know that I do entertain myself immensely.
I love vanilla cupcakes filled with a little lemon curd AND freshly whipped cream. Yummo!
I mostly make plain melt and mix cupcakes these days (so quick and so yummy) but I've recently seen a recipe I'd like to try for chocolate and peanut butter cupcakes with a peanut butter frosting (American recipe). I think it's a contender for favourite flavour ever.
I have made cho mud cake cupcakes and I can't get enough of them. I didn't even know there was a Donna Hay Kids mAg. How cool!

Dark chocolate and lavender cupcakes are my ultimate favourite! Deliciously unique and exotic with a beautiful fragrance. I could live on these forever...! =D
A sticky date pudding cupcake which had the most delicious icing ....mmmm yum!!
I am a fan of the 'vanilla' cupcake with 'vanilla icing' I have now treated both my son & daughter's class mates with the 'vanilla' cupcakes' to clebrate their respected birthdays and each class has loved them!! I'm also a fan of trying something new too :)
Ginger would have to be my favourite!
